The realization of incorporating Data and Communication Technologies (ICT) into the agricultural sector depends largely on the attitude and proficiency of secondary school teachers. The written report assessed the availability of, teachers' attitude and proficiency in the employ of data and communication engineering, knowledge of information and communication technology caused by agricultural scientific discipline teachers and its awarding to teaching-learning in secondary schools. Five research questions in line with five research objectives were raised, the population of the study were all agricultural science teachers in Dutse Urban center, 100 agricultural science teachers were randomly selected every bit sample. Data was collected from the respondents using a structured questionnaire. The result revealed that data and communication devices are not fairly bachelor in the study area. Three research questions were answered while ii null hypotheses were formulated and tested at 0.05 level of significance using z-exam in the study. The instrument used for data drove was a self-structured questionnaire validated past three experts and reliability coefficient of 0.84 was obtained through Pearson Product Moment correlation (PPMC) coefficient for the instrument. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of mean with standard divergence. Information technology was found that efficiency of accounting, availability of bookkeeping records ,effectiveness of accounting records, affects the performance of CWAY Water Visitor, Port Harcourt. Digital Leadership is relatively a new field of leadership study which focuses on leveraging the technology and Internet in support of i's leadership practice. Currently, very little is known how Malaysian school principals practice Digital Leadership particularly in support of their communication practise. Therefore, this qualitative written report was undertaken with the aim of understanding Digital Leadership among principals from four High Performing Schools (HPS) in Malaysia. Istilah yang sempat dimunculkan pemerintah terkait kebijakan ini adalah 'new normal'. Pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi ini secara masif melalui seluruh elemen yang dimiliki, termasuk media. Redaksi RCTI melalui program buletin beritanya turut melakukan sosialisasi upaya pemerintah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunalkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi. Data primer yang digunakan adalah konten berita pada program Seputar Inews Pagi dan Seputar Inews Siang periode 28 Juni-3 Mei 2020. Hasil penelitian adalah Redaksi RCTI lebih fokus pada masalah mendasar yaitu bagaimana pandemi bisa diakhiri. Sebagai media redaksi RCTI menjadikan kebijakan new normal sebagai bagian dari calendar setting pemberitaan. Saat muncul kontroversi terkait pemahaman istilah 'new normal', Redaksi RCTI tetap konsisten menjelaskan pada masyarakat kebiasaan hidup baru yang harus dijalani untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19.
